Counselling Session

A counselling session is a 50 to 60-minute space just for you to talk, reflect and feel supported. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or just need someone to listen, this is your time. The session starts with a gentle check-in, followed by a conversation where you can share freely without any judgment. Together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work toward clarity, calm and emotional balance.
